What this site is
The Broker Index publishes member-submitted reviews of business brokers to promote transparency in the industry. Ratings reflect the opinions of individual reviewers, not of the site. Listings are compiled from public directory information and can be corrected on request. Rankings cannot be bought.
Reviews
By submitting a review you confirm it describes your own first-hand experience with the named broker, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it. Reviews are screened before publication and may be held, edited for identifying details, or removed if they contain allegations stated as fact rather than experience, identify third parties, include contact details or links, or appear not to be first-hand. One review per broker per member; you may edit or delete your review at any time. See how moderation works.
Brokers
Any listed broker may claim their profile free of charge to correct details and receive a monthly feedback report. Claiming does not allow editing, hiding or reordering reviews. Brokers who believe a review breaches these terms may report it; a person will look at every report.
Introductions
Introduction requests are made at your own initiative and create no obligation on you or the broker. We are not a party to any engagement that follows.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. Valuation tools give indicative ranges only.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on reviews, rankings or tools published here.
